Termination and Dispute Resolution
· Termination Policy: The institute reserves the right to terminate a student's enrollment under certain conditions, such as:
o Chronic absenteeism: Regularly missing classes without legitimate reasons.
o Non-payment of fees: Failing to meet financial obligations as outlined in the fee structure.
o Violation of the code of conduct: Engaging in behavior that disrupts the learning environment or violates institute policies.
The termination process will follow due process, allowing students to explain their case before a final decision is made.
· Dispute Resolution: The institute will establish a process for resolving disputes between the institute and students. This may involve mediation or arbitration to reach a fair and amicable resolution.
